Yes , you should be present at the home inspection if at all possible. We consider the home inspection to be an educational experience. Your home inspector will be pleased to answer any questions you may have when you accompany him on the inspection. Our report will cover all aspects of the home that are part of the home inspection, and will provide a description of the system or part of the home, its current condition, and recommendations for maintenance, repair, or replacement if needed.

I agree that you should be present at the time of home inspection of your home. It will give you the idea that what service you got after spending money on the home inspection and why this is important. Moreover you got the idea of the condition of your house yourself practically instead watching at the report of the home inspector. When ii have purchased my property in Manhattan I have hired Manhattan Beach Certified Home Inspector for the job of inspection and I personally watch what they are doing and which things comes in their concern for inspection
